모집: 마케팅 코디네이터 (풀타임)

마케팅 코디네이터로써 마케팅부 매니저의 지시에 따라 다양한 학생 상담 서비스를 제공하고, NIC 의 원활한 마케팅과 네트워킹을 책임집니다. 전세계 곳곳에 위치한 다양한 사업 파트너를 찾아내고, 소통하며, 믿음을 기반으로 탄탄하게 구축한 네트워크를 통해서 NIC 를 널리 알리게 됩니다. 재능있고, 진취적인 팀원으로 여러방면을 통해 NIC의 자랑스러운 얼굴로 활동하게 될것입니다.

 

주업무:

고등학생 시장을 조사하고 시장 기회를 탐구합니다.

학생 모집 의 개발에 참여 합니다.

블로그, 신문, 잡지, 소셜 미디어 콘텐츠, 광고 자료 등을 통해 전략적 비즈니스 목표를 충족하는 학교별 크리에이티브 자료를 디자인합니다.

학교 마케팅 전략과 창의적이고 새로운 아이디어를 개발합니다.

학생과 에이전시의 질의응답을 적시에 상담합니다.

계약을 포함한 모든 문서를 꼼꼼하게 확인합니다.

이밖에 요청한 다른 종류의 프로젝트를 빠르고 정확하게 완성합니다.

 

자격 조건:

영어와 한국어 이중 언어로 전문적인 수준의 구두 및 서면 의사 소통이 가능하여야합니다.

작업의 우선 순위를 지정하고 결과를 보여줄수 있습니다.

효과적인 조직력 ( organizational skill) 을 가지고 있습니다.

여러 작업을 동시에 빠르고 정확하게 처리하고 촉박한 마감기한도 충족하며 작업할 수 있습니다.

세부 사항에 대한 정확성과 주의를 기울입니다.

대인 관계 기술과 팀의 일원으로 효과적으로 일할 수있는 능력이 있습니다.

Your opportunity: Marketing Coordinator

Under the direction of Marketing Director, you will provide a wide range of student consultation services, enhance your communication and logical skills, explore various partners overseas and most importantly, be surrounded by a group of talented, helpful and passionate team members as well as multicultural and lovely students.

Responsibilities include:

• Research high school student market and explore market opportunities.
• Participate in the development of student recruitment.
• Design school-specific creative materials that fulfill strategic business objectives in the way of blogging, newsletters, social media contents, advertising materials, etc.
• Develop new ideas that are creative and consistent with the school marketing strategy.
• Counsel students and agency correspondence in a timely manner.
• Make sure all the documents including contracts.
• Other tasks as requested

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

• Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Being bilingual in English and Korean is mandatory.

• Being able to prioritize tasks and show results.
• Having strong organizational skills.
• Having the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
• Displaying strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Asset:

• Photoshop
• Marketing/Advertising experience
• Website & Social Media management proficiency
• Knowledge of Ontario School System
